Bounty of the Sea

Benno

Benno serves Mexican and Mediterranean flavors rooted in the local bounty of Baja.

As you explore Todos Santos and nearby communities, you will see the fishermen drive their panga boats onto the beach and pull in their daily haul, smell pungent basil in the night air and watch truckloads of strawberries, herbs and green beans being hauled from fields not far from the beach. The menu will focus on this incredible local bounty, variations on regional Mexican staples and other simply prepared, fresh foods.

Cosecha

While Benno is a celebration of the bounty of the sea, Cosecha elevates our ever-providing earth and our role as caretaker in this thriving ecosystem. We invite guests to take a reflective walk around the garden, then reconnect with its bounty over dinner. Cosecha has a farm–to–table approach with large format, family style dishes featuring fresh salads, whole cooked fish, and accompaniments directly from our vegetable garden.

Pool Bar

Hotel San Cristóbal’s Pool Bar overlooks the peaceful and mesmerizing Punta Lobos Beach as well as our iconic pool. Enjoy fresh food and cocktails poolside as a hotel guest.

La Playita

We invite you to La Playita, our exclusive private beach at Hotel San Cristóbal. Overlooking the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, Punta Lobos, and the Pacific Ocean, it offers an unparalleled view, dedicated access to the beach, and drinks and snacks delivered directly to your private cabana from our Pool Bar. Available by reservation to hotel guests and paid reservation to non-guests. Please note our property does not allow guests under 15 years old.
