Perseid
Perseid (per-see-id), the hotel’s restaurant, offers a complement to the casual intimacy of the hotel and its surrounding community. In honor of Houston’s long history as an epicenter of space exploration, the restaurant is named for the spectacular Perseid meteor shower that peaks in the month of August each year. The restaurant offers a take on the quintessential neighborhood bistro with a menu that sits at the intersection of refined comfort, classic technique and a focus on flavor over style. A restaurant to be returned to for both casual meals and landmark occasions, the food is approachable with a spirit of exploration and celebration. Room service will also be available during restaurant hours.
