From an intimate lobby bar to a full-service all day restaurant (opening early 2025), guests can enjoy some of the finest food and cocktails in Houston without leaving the property. The hotel will offer multiple places to drink and dine, with the offerings helmed by well-loved Houston chef and restaurateur Aaron Bludorn and his front of house partner Cherif Mbodji.

Perseid
In honor of Houston’s long history as an epicenter of space exploration, the restaurant is named for the spectacular Perseid meteor shower that peaks in the month of August each year. Perseid (per-see-id) offers a take on the quintessential neighborhood bistro with a menu that sits at the intersection of refined comfort, classic technique and a focus on flavor over style.
