• When can I check in?
  • Check-in begins at 3 PM.
  • Upon check-in, your card will be authorized for the total nights stay, plus $100 per night for incidentals, if any. This charge may appear on your debit or credit card for up to two weeks post-departure.

• When do I check out
  • Check out is noon. 

• Can I check in early? 
  • With a fee, we can always try to accommodate early check-ins. Let us know when you are arriving and we’ll do our best to get you into your room early.

• Can I checkout late?
  • If you need a little extra time getting out, let us know. A late check out of 1 PM is available for a $25 fee. We can also always hold onto your bags while you explore. 

• Can you store my bags before I check-in or after I check out?
  • Of course. Just let the front desk know and we’ll provide a ticket for your bag.
• What is the minimum age required to check in?
  • You must be 18 or older and present a valid ID to check in.

• Do you have WiFi?
  • Of course. The access code is Havana Guest and the password is Havana1914.

• Are children allowed?
  • Yes! We love guests of all ages. The holder of your reservation must be 18 or up to check in.

• Can I bring my pet?
  • Yes! Well-behaved dogs are always welcome (for a small $25 fee per reservation). Pack your pup and upon request we’ll supply a bed, bowl, and maybe a treat or two for your best friend.

• Do you have travel cribs or anything else for kids available?
  • Yes. Just ask the front desk if you need any child-specific needs.

• What amenities are in my room?
  • All rooms include bath amenities, bluetooth speakers, a hairdryer, earplugs, bathrobes, a full sized SMEG fridge, an ice bag in the freezer, and a fully stocked minibar upon purchase. Irons, ironing boards, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, and step stools are also available upon request.

• When does housekeeping come? Is stayover service available?
  • Housekeeping can provide stayover service upon request, from 10 AM – 2 PM.

• Can I have a package sent to the hotel prior to my arrival?

  • If you can let us know if you are planning on receiving anything, we can make sure it arrives safely. If anything arrives for you before you check-in, we’ll hold it at the front desk. We are only able to hold packages for 10 days before or after your reservation.

• Can I bring a photographer and take pictures?
  • Commercial photography is prohibited without express permission. Contact us if you have a request and depending on our occupancy, we can allow personal photography with a fee.

• How many rooms are at the hotel?
  • 27

• Are there any events going on while I’m staying there
  • Probably. At Bunkhouse we love a good reason to get together. Check out our Hotel Happenings page to explore what’s taking place at Havana while you are in town.

• Can I rent a bike?
  • Not with us, but we do have bike rentals near us. Please feel free to ask our front desk team for the best recommendations.

• Does the hotel have a gym?
  • No but we recommend hitting, Oso Crossfit, EnergyX Fitness or Anytime Fitness nearby us.

• Does the hotel have a spa?
  • No, but we know of several great options in the area. Ask the front desk for recommendations.

• What’s the souvenir situation? Is there a shop?
  • Our individually curated retail shops are worth a visit on their own. We offer a host of signature souvenirs, thoughtfully sourced local goods, and one-of-a-kind finds. Save room in your suitcase or if you decide you want something after the fact, our online shops are always open.

• Is there a concierge that can help me plan my stay?
  • Our Front Desk is happy to offer suggestions and help you fill your days with the best our hometown has to offer. Just ask.

• When can I get room service?
  • Yes. We offer room service during operation hours.
  • Ocho is open for Dinner Sunday-Thursday 5 PM – 10 PM, Friday & Saturday 4 PM – 10 PM. Brunch: Saturday & Sunday 8 AM – 2 PM.
  • For drinks only, our Havana Bar can do room service Friday & Saturday from 6 PM – 1 AM.

• Can I smoke in my room?
  • No. All of our rooms are non-smoking. If we find that you’ve tampered with any of our smoke detectors or lit up in your room, we’ll charge a $250 smoking fee.

• I’m really digging the bath products/comforter/uniforms/glasses you use. Are they for sale?
  •  Unfortunately, we do not sell these products, but would be happy with sharing where we get these items from. And there are plenty of equally tasteful items available in our lobby shop.

• What payment methods do you accept?
  • For payment, we accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard or Visa.

• Can I change or cancel my reservation?
  • Plans change. If yours do, we just ask that you let us know by 3 PM local hotel time at least a day prior to your reservation to avoid a fee (equal to one night’s stay plus tax). However, if your reservation was booked with a special rate code that required a deposit at the time of your booking, this reservation is non-cancelable and non-refundable. During peak times and depending on your reservation, our policies may vary, so please refer to the policies specific to your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation email.

• When will my credit card be charged? What’s your deposit policy?
  • We will need to secure your booking with a credit or debit card up front. The cost of that deposit may vary and during peak times we may require the full cost of your reservation up front— but the remainder of your payment will be charged upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please check the exact policies for your reservation while booking.

• How is my room guaranteed?
  • Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. We’ll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in with valid identification.

• What is your cancellation policy?
  • Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival. However, if the reservation was booked with a special rate code that required a full deposit at the time of booking, these reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

• Are there any additional fees I should know about
  • During check-in, we will place an authorization hold of an extra $100 per night for incidentals. Additional fees for parking, pet accommodations, and rollaway beds may apply based on your stay requirements. Please be aware that charges for damages or smoking may also be incurred.

• Is there a minimum number of nights I need to stay?
  • Some weekends will have a 2-night minimum stay requirement, but will vary based on the season and time of year.

• What are my dining options on property?
  • We have our restaurant, Ocho available for dine-in. Reservations are highly recommended, and can be made online at resy.com, please feel free to also ask our front desk team for assistance.
