  • Bone Marrow: Roasted garlic butter with arugula mojo garnish and corn tortillas
  • Lobster and Plantain Bisque:  Rich plantain cream with butter-poached lobster chunks
  • Prime Rib: Accompanied by sweet potato scallops, garlic roasted broccolini, and au jus
  • Black-Eyed Pea Brownie and Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
