The new build property is centrally located at 347 West 20th Street in the historic Houston Heights neighborhood, just one street away from the famed 19th Street shopping district, populated by locally owned businesses and curated retail shops. The building pulls inspiration from the architecture of the Heights and its diverse array of recycled industrial buildings. Painted brick, stepped parapets, and steel windows marry the new five-story structure to the neighborhood’s profile.
