Effective October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. local time, Hyatt will no longer be operating Hotel Havana, and the hotel will close. As a result of this, reservations for October 20 and beyond unfortunately cannot be honored. The hotel is working to notify affected guests and customers of this situation and assist them with requests for alternative arrangements or canceling reservations at no penalty.
