Perseid (per-see-id), the hotel’s restaurant, will be helmed by well-loved Houston chef and restaurateur Aaron Bludorn and his front-of-house partner Cherif Mbodji. Named for the spectacular Perseid meteor shower that peaks in the month of August each year, it will offer a take on the quintessential neighborhood bistro.
Our restaurant, Perseid, will be opening in early 2025. In the meantime, join us for bites and beverages at the Augustine Lounge and Listening Room.
